We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual, preferably bilingual, to join our team as a Part-Time Teller. (30 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through prompt, accurate, and courteous service.
Process a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
Educate customers on bank products and services that meet their financial needs. - Maintain and balance cash drawer with accuracy and accountability.
Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet branch goals.
Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making while adhering to policies and compliance standards.
Proactively contribute to a positive team environment by supporting others and celebrating success.
Qualifications:
English/Spanish Bilingual preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Prior teller or cash-handling experience is a plus but not required—we train for success.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Passion for helping others and working in a team-driven environment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Flexibility to work part-time, 30-hour schedule, including some evenings and weekends based on store hours.
