Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through prompt, accurate, and courteous service.
- Process a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
- Educate customers on bank products and services that meet their financial needs.
- Maintain and balance cash drawer with accuracy and accountability.
- Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet branch goals.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making while adhering to policies and compliance standards.
- Proactively contribute to a positive team environment by supporting others and celebrating success.
Qualifications:
- English/Spanish Bilingual preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Prior teller or cash-handling experience is a plus but not required—we train for success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Passion for helping others and working in a team-driven environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
