We have received reports of scammers calling customers and non-customers while pretending to be employees of the bank - most often using the name Christy Coleman or John Willington.

These callers may try to pressure you into giving personal or banking information, including debit card numbers, by claiming there is a problem with your account, they detected suspicious activity or there's an associated security issue.

Please remember:

• We will NEVER call and ask for your full debit card number.
• We will NEVER ask for your online banking password or security codes.
• We will NEVER ask you to send money to yourself or another account for “protection.”
  

Do NOT provide personal information to unexpected callers.

If you receive a suspicious call:

• Hang up immediately.
• Call your branch directly using the number below or the number on the back of your card.
• Monitor your account for unusual activity.
